“I just wanted to say that the speed workout at the track this morning hosted by John Honerkamp is a fantastic resource for runners looking to improve their time and I encourage everybody to go. John’s coaching style is relaxed and friendly and I found the workout to be a really nice addition to my training schedule. It is a great way to get used to pushing a faster pace and developing a rhythm at that higher speed. Definitely worth combining with the long runs on Sundays for your marathon or half-marathon training. Everybody should take advantage of this, as it is the kind of workout that is very hard to do on your own.”
