One-on-one training - personalized coaching with Coach John which includes flexibility, strength, drills, form and pacing when necessary. $100 per session, at a frequency determined after an initial consultation.
Group training - join an existing training group at fixed times throughout the week. This gives you the opportunity to get face-to-face coaching with Coach John, as well as training partners at all levels. Currently there are two scheduled meeting times in Central Park: Tuesday, 6:15 AM and Thursday 7:00 PM. $80 per month, unlimited group sessions.
East Hampton Gubbins Running Ahead Store Special: join Coach John and a training group at the East Hampton High School track at 8:00 AM Saturday throughout the summer. Includes drills, flexibility, form, strength and interval training. $40 per month.
